Technology. Bringing more than two decades of experience in IT leadership across international markets, Jacobs will oversee the company’s technology strategy, infrastructure, and digital transformation initiatives to support its continued growth and commitment for service excellence. </span></p> <p><span>“Technology is a critical enabler of our mission to protect people and property,” says Mike Farren, </span><span>CEO of Classic Fire + Life Safety. “Jacobs’</span><span> extensive experience, expertise, and people-first leadership style will be instrumental as we advance our capabilities and continue delivering industry-leading service to our customers.”</span></p> <p><span>Jacobs began his career in IT support at a UK-based market research organization, advancing to IT Manager for multiple companies within the overseas group. He later took on various leadership roles at Vipond Fire Protection.</span></p> <p><span>In his new role, Jacobs will focus on enhancing IT infrastructure, improving operational efficiencies, and ensuring technology systems align seamlessly with the company’s strategic objectives. His leadership philosophy emphasizes transparency, collaboration, and engagement across all levels of the organization. </span></p> <p><span>“Throughout my career, I’ve made a commitment to shining a light on IT—ensuring our team’s actions, systems, vendors, and decisions are transparent,” says Jacobs. “We will always share the ‘why’ behind the ‘what’ of what we do, as well as encouraging ongoing dialogue and questions.
