Windsor business community for more than two decades.</p> <p>Classic’s Windsor operation first opened in 2001 under the Forest City Fire Protection brand. Now part of the Classic Fire + Life Safety Group of Companies, the branch has grown alongside the region, supporting building owners, property managers, facility teams, contractors, and businesses with trusted fire protection services across Windsor and Essex County.</p> <p>Today, the Windsor team services more than 300 customers throughout the region.</p> <p>Over the years, Windsor’s economy has seen significant change. From shifts in automotive manufacturing and industrial activity to new investment in advanced manufacturing and electric vehicle battery production, the region has continued to adapt. Through those changes, Classic’s Windsor team has remained focused on helping customers protect their buildings, maintain compliance, and keep people safe.</p> <p>A major milestone in that history was Classic Fire + Life Safety’s work on the NextStar Energy EV Battery Plant in Windsor — the largest construction project completed by the company to date.
